What this service is
Post-production for films shot by TSC Films and for footage shot elsewhere: editing, colour grading, sound and delivery of finished versions for web, presentation and social.
We are specific about what we offer. If a capability is not confirmed for your project, we will say so rather than promise it and subcontract quietly.
Where it is used
- Footage that needs a professional edit and finish before it can be used.
- Corporate films assembled from interviews and working footage.
- Narrative edits where rhythm and performance carry the film.
- Existing films that need re-versioning for different channels or lengths.
How the work is made
- Review. We watch the material and agree what the film can honestly become.
- Assembly. Structure and story first, then pace and polish.
- Finish. Grade, sound and titles applied to the approved cut.
- Delivery. Master files plus the versions you need, named and organised.
Footage from elsewhere
Send a short description of the footage, the format and the intended use. We will confirm whether the material supports the film you want, and what is needed to get it there. Not every shoot can be rescued in the edit, and we will tell you before taking the work.
AI in post
AI-assisted tools are used where they improve the result: cleanup, upscaling, transcription and versioning, with human review at every stage. We do not use generated elements to misrepresent what was filmed.
FAQs
Do you take editing-only projects?
Yes, subject to the footage and the delivery requirements. Editing-only work is quoted after we have seen the material or a detailed description of it.
What formats can you deliver?
Delivery formats are agreed per project, typically a high-quality master plus web and social versions in the aspect ratios required.
Can you fix problems in footage we shot?
Some problems can be reduced in post: exposure, noise, audio cleanup, framing. Others cannot be fixed, including missing coverage, unusable sound or soft focus. We will tell you which category your footage is in.
Do you offer colour grading on its own?
Where the project calls for it, yes. It is scoped as part of post-production rather than sold as a separate package.
